What is Customer Persona?

The Customer Persona tool helps you build detailed profiles of your ideal customers.

How to use it:

  1. Navigate to Roadmap > Customer Persona

  2. Create a new persona or edit an existing one

  3. Fill in details: Demographics, goals, pain points, and behaviors. Create multiple personas to represent different segments. Changes save automatically.
