Tracking Your Application Journey

What is the Application Journey?

A visual roadmap tracking your progress from application through enrollment.

How to access it: Go to Programs > [Program Name] > Application Journey.

Journey Stages:

  • Stage 1 — Application: ✅ Applied. Badge shows "Under Review", "Approved", or "Reviewed".

  • Stage 2 — Review: Under Review, Evaluation Call (view draft agreement), and Information Hub (resources/discounts).

  • Stage 3 — Onboarding: Payment (via Stripe), E-Signature (sign agreement), Onboarding Call (HubSpot), and Mentor Selection. Each step updates in real time with green checkmarks.
