Troubleshooting Common Issues

Quick solutions for data syncing, access, and payment errors.

  • My Progress Disappeared in a Tool:

    • Refresh the page — Data loads asynchronously.

    • Check your internet connection — Tools require connectivity to autosave. I Cannot Access Tools or Features:

    • Ensure you are enrolled in a program (Accelerator or Fundraising).

    • Check your Application Journey page for pending steps (payment, e-signature). Payment Issues:

    • Payments are processed via Stripe. If access is not updated after payment, visit the Payment Success page or contact support.
