Troubleshooting Common Issues

Quick solutions for data syncing, access, and payment errors.

    • How to fix missing progress: Refresh your browser tab. If it persists, check your internet connection to ensure the autosave feature is active.

    • How to fix access errors: Go to your Application Journey. If any step (Payment or E-Signature) is missing a green checkmark, complete that step to unlock your tools.

    • How to check program limits: If you see a "Not Included" message, check if you are in the Pre-accelerator; advanced tools like the Data Room are restricted to higher tiers.
