# Create your Freshmango founder account

> Sign up for a Freshmango founder account at https://app.freshmango.ee/signup, confirm your email, set a password, and choose the right role.

Freshmango has separate account types for founders, mentors, and admins. To get started as a founder, sign up directly on the platform. Mentors join through an invite link from an admin.

    Visit [https://app.freshmango.ee/signup](https://app.freshmango.ee/signup).

  <Step title="Enter your email address">
    Type your email address into the sign-up form and submit it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm your email">
    Open the confirmation email from Freshmango and click the verification link inside. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

  <Step title="Set a password">
    After confirming your email, choose a strong password and save it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Return to [https://app.freshmango.ee](https://app.freshmango.ee), enter your email and password, and sign in.

  Regular sign-up creates a **Founder** account. **Mentor** accounts are created through a separate token-based invite at `/mentor-signup`, and **Admin** accounts are managed by the Freshmango team. Your role is detected automatically when you sign in.

  If you are a mentor and do not have an invite token yet, ask your program admin to send one.
