# Connect Microsoft Calendar

> Connect Microsoft Outlook Calendar to Freshmango for evaluation calls, onboarding calls, and mentor sessions. Manage OAuth permissions and disconnect anytime.

Link your Microsoft Outlook Calendar so Freshmango can schedule evaluation calls, onboarding calls, and mentor sessions directly on your calendar. You choose which calendar to use and can remove the connection at any time.

## Connect Microsoft Calendar

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start the connection">
    Sign in to [https://app.freshmango.ee](https://app.freshmango.ee) and go to **Settings**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Integrations">
    Select the **Integrations** tab, then click **Connect** next to Microsoft Calendar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize Freshmango">
    You are redirected to Microsoft to sign in and grant permissions. Review the access request, then click **Allow**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your calendar">
    After OAuth completes at `/auth/callback/microsoft`, pick the calendar where calls and sessions should be added.

## Permissions

Freshmango requests calendar access so it can create events for booked calls and send you invites. It does not delete events or read email.

## Disconnect

    Open **Settings**, then **Integrations**.

  <Step title="Disconnect Microsoft Calendar">
    Click **Disconnect** next to Microsoft Calendar. Existing events remain on your calendar; new sessions will not be added automatically.

<Tip>
  If you use multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure you are signed in to the correct one before starting the OAuth flow.
