# Data and privacy on Freshmango

> Learn how Freshmango OÜ handles your data, what we collect during onboarding, how AI evaluation uses your application, and how to export or delete your data.

Freshmango OÜ is based in Estonia, an EU member state, and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. This article explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

## What data we collect

During onboarding and the application journey, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company details, team information, application answers, and payment details (processed by Stripe). Calendar integrations are handled via OAuth and we do not store your calendar passwords.

## How AI evaluation uses your data

Your application answers are evaluated by our AI rubric to score your submission. This processing is automated and your application data is not used to train external AI models. The evaluation focuses solely on your submitted answers against the program criteria.

## Your data rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. To request an export or deletion, email [**support@freshmango.ee**](mailto:support@freshmango.ee) with your account email and the specific request.

  Deleting your data will remove your account and application history. If you are currently enrolled, this may affect your program access. Contact us first if you are unsure.
