    Freshmango is a startup accelerator platform run by Freshmango OÜ (Estonia). We run structured accelerator programs that connect founders with mentors, tools, and a community to help startups grow and raise capital.

    Freshmango serves three main audiences: **Founders** who apply to programs and use our platform tools; **Mentors** who review applications and mentor enrolled startups; and **Admins** who manage the platform, cohorts, and programs.

  <Accordion title="How do I apply to a program?">
    Create an account at [**https://app.freshmango.ee**](https://app.freshmango.ee), complete the onboarding, and submit an application from the programs page. The Pre-Accelerator application is also available directly at **/programs/pre-accelerator/apply**.

  <Accordion title="What are the three access tiers for founders?">
    **Tier 1 — Pre-Application:** No application submitted yet; you are guided through onboarding. **Tier 2 — Applicant:** Application submitted but not enrolled; you get community access, workshops, events, and application tracking. **Tier 3 — Enrolled:** You have completed the 9-step application journey and get full platform access including tools, analytics, mentorship, and add-ons.

  <Accordion title="What programs are available and how long do they take?">
    We offer three programs: the **Flagship Accelerator** (16 weeks), the **Pre-Accelerator** (8 weeks), and **NextFunding** (12 weeks). Each program is divided into focused phases or months. See the program pages for full syllabi.

  <Accordion title="How does the AI evaluation work?">
    The AI evaluates your application against a weighted rubric: Problem Quality (25%), Solution Innovation (20%), Market Opportunity (20%), Team Strength (15%), Business Model Viability (10%), and Application Quality (10%). You can re-run the evaluation once per 24 hours.

  <Accordion title="Will my application be rejected for missing a pitch deck?">
    No. The AI evaluation does not penalize you for missing a pitch deck, having no fundraising plans, or being pre-revenue or pre-MVP. It focuses on the quality of your thinking, not your current company stage.

  <Accordion title="Is there a cost to join?">
    Program payment is collected at Step 7 of the application journey via Stripe. Pricing and refund terms vary by program; refer to your specific program agreement for details.

  <Accordion title="Can I add co-founders or teammates?">
    Yes. Enrolled founders can invite teammates from the **/team** page. If an invite is not received, check spam folders or resend the invite directly.

  <Accordion title="How do I become a mentor?">
    Mentors join via a token-based invite. If you have received an invite, sign up at **/mentor-signup**, connect your calendar, and complete your mentor profile with your expertise areas.

    Yes. Freshmango OÜ is based in Estonia and processes data in compliance with GDPR. See our data and privacy article for details on what we collect and how to export or delete your data.
