Freshmango uses a three-tier model to control what founders can see and do on the platform. Your tier depends on your progress in the application journey and program enrollment.

How tiers work

  • Tier 1 — Pre-Application: You have created an account but have not submitted an application. Freshmango pushes you through onboarding to complete your profile and apply.
  • Tier 2 — Applicant: You submitted an application and now have Community Access. You can connect with other founders, attend workshops and events, and track your application status, but program tools and mentorship are locked until enrollment.
  • Tier 3 — Enrolled: You completed the full nine-step application journey and are enrolled in a program. You now have Full Platform Access to every founder route, including tools, framework modules, analytics, mentorship, add-ons, and perks.
The nine-step journey from Tier 2 to Tier 3 includes: Application Submitted, Application Editing, AI Evaluation, Evaluation Call Booking, Information Hub, E-Signature Request, Program Payment, Onboarding Call, and Mentor Selection. If AI evaluation returns “Rejected,” you remain at Tier 2.
