Mentor sessions let you meet with the founders you support. Founders book time through your connected calendar, and you manage sessions from the /mentor/sessions page.

How sessions work

  1. You connect a calendar and set your availability.
  2. Assigned founders see your open slots and book a session.
  3. The session appears on your mentor dashboard and in your connected calendar.
  4. You and the founder receive details to join the call.

Connect your calendar

Go to session settings

In the mentor portal, open Sessions and click Connect Calendar.

Choose a provider

Select Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar.

Authorize access

Complete the OAuth flow at /auth/callback/:provider to grant Freshmango permission to read your calendar and create events.

Set availability

Choose which days and times founders can book.

Manage sessions

From /mentor/sessions you can:
  • View upcoming and past sessions.
  • Open a session detail to see the founder, topic, and join link.
  • Reschedule or cancel if needed. Freshmango notifies the founder automatically.
If you disconnect your calendar, founders will not be able to book new sessions until you reconnect or set availability again.
