The e-signature step (step 6) comes after you review the Information Hub. At this point, Freshmango sends you a program agreement to sign electronically. Completing it is required before you can proceed to payment and onboarding.

What you are signing

You will receive a program agreement that outlines the terms of your participation in the selected program. Read it carefully before signing. The e-signature request is sent to the email address associated with your Freshmango account. Check your inbox (including spam or promotions folders) for the message. The email contains a secure link to open and sign the document.

What happens after signing

After you complete the signature, your application journey automatically advances to step 7 (Program Payment). You will see the updated status on your /my-application page.
If you do not receive the signing link within one business day after reaching step 6, check your spam folder or contact support@freshmango.ee. Include your account email and the program name.
