If a teammate did not receive your invite, the email is most likely in their spam folder or was sent to a slightly different email address than they expected.
1

Ask them to check spam

Have your teammate search their spam, junk, and promotions folders for “Freshmango.”
2

Resend the invite

Go to /team in your dashboard, find the teammate, and click Resend invite.
3

Use the direct invite link

Copy the invite link from /team and send it directly via Slack, email, or another channel. The teammate can accept at /team/join.
4

Confirm the email address

Make sure the email you invited matches exactly the email they will use to sign up. Even a single typo or a work vs. personal address difference will break the connection.

Other causes

  • Invite link expired — Invite links expire after a set period. Resend to generate a fresh one.
  • Teammate already signed up with a different email — If your co-founder created a Freshmango account with another email before you invited them, the invite will not auto-link. Cancel the old invite and send a new one to the exact email they registered with.
  • Corporate email filter — Work email servers may block automated invites. Try a personal email address.

If that didn’t work

Contact support@freshmango.ee or visit /support/contact. Include your account email, your teammate’s email, the program name (if enrolled), a screenshot of your /team page, and the approximate time you sent the original invite.
